Oh, yes. Crobat's poison is fatal in high enough doses.
[crobat does hop onto her back. crobat has no shame, though he certainly angles himself so that most of his weight isn't on her. he's over 6ft-- he puts his weight on his little feeties that still touch the floor.]
Sharpedo can use Poison Fang as well-- most Pokémon are capable of generating some degree of poison, actually! No idea why.
[when they get out, he tosses out muk's pokéball-- the light bursts out as it always does but... doesn't really start to take a shape. just stays a large blob while an awful smell fills the area. hange might notice before muk is fully formed, the grass at his base has already started to die.]
